The Challenge
Caribbean Motors was running on a dated WordPress site with no inventory system. Sales reps manually updated a spreadsheet and fielded calls about vehicles that were already sold. The team wasted 15+ hours per week on repetitive inquiries, and their online presence was costing them deals to competitors with modern platforms.
Our Approach
We designed and built a custom vehicle marketplace on Next.js with a headless CMS for inventory management. The system includes real-time stock syncing, advanced search and filtering, a financing calculator, and automated lead routing that sends qualified inquiries directly to the right sales rep. We also implemented a trade-in estimator and appointment booking flow.
